Farmacia - Sant'Agnello

I went to this pharmacy because my 8 month old baby was suffering from severe diaper rash with open wounds on the buttocks, looking for a cream to help it heal and prevent infection. I asked the lady at the counter if she spoke English, she said yes. I explained the situation, she then replied "so it's for allergies?" Not that I expect everyone to speak English, but with this kind of job you should have the professionalism of saying that you can't. I then translated using my phone, and she simply nodded, went away and came back with a cream. Upon returning home, my wife and I saw on the description that the product was not to be given to babies. When I returned to the pharmacy for an explanation, the lady just told me that "in Italy it's okay. I give it to babies here". My bad. I didn't know that medicine acts differently depending on your geographical position. I asked for my money back and went to another pharmacy where people with actual professionalism took the time to think about my problem for more than one second before giving me suitable baby medicine. Bad experience.

Ottima farmacia fornita di tutto ciò che si cerca, e se non c'è mezza giornata e te lo procurano. Hanno un ottima assistenza, e si può trovare quello che serve semplicemente girando tra gli scaffali.
