ASSURDO!!!!! appena acquistato lazartigue curl (prodotto per Arricciare i capelli !!!) al prezzo di 42euro !!! controllando i costi di listino trovo 36euro invece su prezzo amazon 30 euro oppure altro prezzo negozio online 26 euro …Ma da quando il furto e’ legalizzato al DUTY FREE di fiumicino !!!!

Two fantastic and separate experiences at this farmacia. The first time, last November, I was assisted by an American born woman who gave me great recommendations on cosmetics for my skin type. I returned a couple of days ago and was served by a man who also took a lot of time to help me find what I was looking for. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. He was also kind enough to write the sequence that I needed to follow for my skin routine. I was late to get to my flight so that I had barely enough time to thank him. He also included some nice samples for me. Both people and both times were outstanding. Thank you from the Canadian woman who was rushing to leave. I will be back next time I return to Italy.

watch out- the sell products infected by mold!!! I spent 143.69 euros in this pharmacy today. among the things i bought were two bottles of Spirulina from Solgar, a product i know and trust. I got home, opened the bottle to have my daily dose of spirulina and surprise - it stinks of mold!! yes, mold!! i thought i was crazy, i opened up some capsules - and the produce smells full of mold! terrible! i want my money back! you really should take care where you store the stocks!

Terrible customer service. I changed my mind about a product at till (due to tax limits in my own country), apologized profusely and worker decided to speak derogatorily with her colleague about me in Italian. Sometimes people understand. I suggested to her as she's in a service industry that perhaps she should smile and have a semblance of politeness. Her response, Yep bye. She would be more suited to working somewhere without customer interactions, say cleaning toilets?? I and my extended family visit often, and I will not be going through their doors again. I wanted to purchase an item from a small business rather than duty free - won't be happening again

Questa mattina ho comprato delle lenti a contatto verso le 9, il tipo al banco ha passato un altro codice fiscale, facendo finta di usare la mia di carta, il suo o di uno che conosce, forse per prendersi il rimborso...che pezzente

I was at the health + care pharmacy Monday 01/06/2020@ 7:40AM buying cough drops for my daughter and the worker was so rude when I told her I changed my mind and want orange flavor instead of lemon! She said she already scanned it! Same brand same price! Terrible customer service.
